1:1 Coaching

Design your practice, your way

The 1:1 sessions are here to support you on your well-being journey—offering space to reconnect with yourself in a way that feels safe, nourishing, and true to you. Together, we’ll co-create a personalized practice guided by your interests, pace, and lived experience. You can focus on one modality—restorative yoga, breathwork, meditation and mindfulness, deep stretch, or sound—or blend a few in a way that feels just right for where you are. Sessions are available individually or in 5, 10, or 20-session packs to support ongoing care and deeper connection over time.

 

Whether you're navigating a life transition, seeking more presence in your daily rhythms, or longing to feel more resourced and at ease in your body, these sessions offer grounded, gentle practices to help you remember, reclaim, and nurture what already lives within—with curiosity, compassion, and care.

Connection Call

Begin with connection and curiosity

This is a low-pressure call to explore your intentions and see if this offering is a good mutual fit. You’ll have space to share what’s present for you and ask questions.

Co-design Practice Plan

Guided, collaborative support

If we choose to move forward, we’ll meet again for a longer, in-depth session to explore your goals, lived experience, and the types of support that feel most nourishing to you. This session includes: 💧 A grounding practice to help us arrive and center together. 💧 A collaborative process to co-create a path forward rooted in care, clarity, and attunement. Afterward, I’ll craft a Personalized Practice Plan—a supportive, adaptable guide designed just for you. This will include: 💧 A written guide of practices step-by-step instructions and guided recordings tailored to your unique intentions. 💧 Suggestions for integrating the practices into daily life. You’ll have the opportunity to review everything and share your reflections. Together we'll refine it so it truly feels like yours.

Step 2: Choose Your Path Forward

Path 1: Self-led Practice

Flow at your own pace

Receive your personalized practice and move through it in your own way, at your own pace. Individual partnered practice sessions can be scheduled anytime you’d like support, refinement, or to check in. This is a great choice if you prefer a self-directed practice with the option for additional support.

Path 2: Partnered Practice

Guided, collaborative support

We’ll walk the path together. Use your sessions to explore your practices in guided sessions, deepen into what’s emerging for you, and receive ongoing support, reflection, and care. This is a great option if you’re seeking structure and collaborative support as you embody your practices over time.
