These sessions are a space for you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore what feels supportive in your body and life right now. We’ll work together to shape a practice that fits your needs and goals—whether that’s one style or a blend. You can choose to meet once, check in from time to time, or find a rhythm that works for you. If you’re not looking for something custom, you also have the option to schedule a pre-designed practice to follow on your own or to be guided through in a session. This is your practice, your way—centered on choice, collaboration, and care.

Explore deep, sustained stretches that support flexibility and spaciousness. This practice invites you to listen inward—tuning into sensation, breath, and awareness—without needing to “achieve” a pose. It's about feeling from the inside out, creating space in body, mind, and heart, and honoring your unique range with compassion and curiosity.
