Breath Alchemy

Connect to your most natural resource

Your breath is always with you—but how often do you truly connect with it as a source of support and healing? In this workshop, you'll explore how your breath moves through your body, how it impacts your well-being, and how to collaborate with it more intentionally. We’ll blend simple science, ancient wisdom, and hands-on practice to deepen your breath awareness and build a personal "breath toolbox" to meet your unique needs—whether that’s grounding, energizing, focus, or emotional processing. This is about creating a sustainable, nourishing breath practice you can return to daily—one that helps you feel more present, more balanced, and more you.

Nourish your Nervous System

Transform your relationship with your body and mind

Your autonomic nervous system is always working behind the scenes to help you feel safe, balanced, and connected. But most of us don’t really understand how it works—or how to support it with care and intention. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to tune into your nervous system’s signals and partner with it to move through life with more ease. We’ll blend yoga, somatics, and polyvagal theory to explore simple, powerful ways to care for your body’s internal rhythms. You’ll walk away with tools to build resilience, restore balance, and deepen your sense of safety—within yourself and in the world around you.
