Immersions
Connect to your depths
Our immersion classes are designed for yoga studios, wellness centers, organizations, and groups seeking to offer restorative experiences for their communities. Each immersion blends grounding practices to create nurturing spaces for reflection, reconnection, and renewal. Whether your community is seeking deep rest, support, or grounding through transition, these experiences meet people where they are and gently guide them home to themselves.
1
Rest Ritual
Breath + Yoga Nidra + Sound
Welcome renewal
When was the last time you truly felt rested? In this immersive experience, we press pause and sink into deep relaxation. Through a blend of calming breathwork, Yoga Nidra ("yogic sleep"), and a soothing sound bath, we'll create a supportive space where the power of deep rest and internal stillness will nourish you from the inside out.

Anchored
Breath + Meditation
Flow with life's waves
Life is full of in-between moments—times of shift, change, or uncertainty. To meet these moments with clarity and confidence, it's important to feel both grounded and flexible, like being anchored with enough slack in the line to flow with life's waves. In this immersion, you'll explore how your breath and meditation can become your "inner anchor," offering steadiness and support no matter what you're moving through.
2
Ground & Sound
Somatics + Sound
Remember your rhythm
In a world that pulls us in every direction, it’s easy to lose touch with your inner rhythm and the quiet wisdom of your body. This immersive experience invites you to return—to your body, your breath, and the steady ground beneath you. Through a blend of grounding movement, somatic practices, and the healing power of sound, you’ll create space to restore your natural rhythm and resonance and reconnect with the steady, supportive place within.

Held
Breath + Restorative Yoga
Soften into support
When we feel truly supported, something softens. Our bodies relax, our hearts open, and ease returns. Yet for many of us, receiving support doesn’t come easily—we’re used to holding it all together. This immersion invites you to do less and let support in. Through calming breathwork and long-held, supported postures, you’ll create space to soften and experience what it means to be deeply held.
